October 2018 – Update
Introducing the all new Web Lic! The new lic is a free, open source web browser based application for creating and editing LEGO instruction books. No need to download any software. All you need is the latest browser (works best in Chrome) and any LDraw-based model to get started.
Web Lic is currently in an early beta stage, and improving quickly. You can follow its progress, ask questions or open bug reports on its GitHub page. Or email me any questions, feedback or bug reports directly.
